HallowZOOeen

We took Cole to the Zoo today since Chris took a vacation day.  We didn't know that they were having a Halloween thing all weekend, so we didn't dress up the Colester.  But we got some good pics anyway.  He loves the zoo, always has, but usually a lot of the animals are hiding in the shade if possible.  Today it was about 50 degrees when we got to the zoo, so all the animals who are normally hiding were out.  It was fun to finally see that dern tiger, bear, and panther! And Cole got a lollipop trick or treating and painted a pumpkin. Happy little boy!

Bunco Halloween Party

I have met a fun group of girls who get together once per month for bunco night.  This month we were all required to dress in costume to come to bunco :)  So thought I'd share a few pics in case you didn't see facebook.  If you know me well enough, you know that I don't even like beer...well I've never tried it cuz it smells gross. so I think that makes my costume even funnier. ( I also have never tried saurkraut or cooked spinach for the same exact reason!  If it smells that bad, there's no way it can taste much better!  )

Bunco Group
Top to Bottom: Ember (Partly cloudy with a chance of rain), Claudia ( Cat in the hat thing 3), Kelly (wonderwoman), Miranda (Pirate), Amy (Astronaut), Kristie (Octomom--I couldn't quit laughing at her costume), Lesli (witch), Andrea (Pirate), Jeanne (Princess Lea), Cari (Ladybug), Me (Homer Simpson), Melissa (Catwoman), and Kim (Angel)

Me and Octomom :) hee hee sooo funny!

YMCA Halloween Festival

Friday night we took Cole trick or treating at the YMCA for their fall festival.  He had a good time!  His friends Perri and Ryan went too.  Cole was a puppy (Thanks Aunt Angela for letting us borrow!), and he was sooo funny!  He did good!

Here's some more pics!

Mommy and her Cute Puppy dog. :)

Daddy helping Cole play a game.

Cole and his buddy Ryan...Ryan didn't want to wear his costume..

Cole was super excited to get some candy, especially these lollipops :)
And he's still thrilled this morning!!! :)

Cole's New school

Cole started his new school this past Monday, and thank Heavens, he LOVES it!!  He changes rooms every 30 min for a new activity--art, music, gym, computers, reading, etc.  He loves the playground outside because it is white sand out there, and he loves to play with sand....and to throw it.  I'm sure he'll find himself in "timeout" for that a few times. :)  I tried to take a few pics, but my camera was still taking blurry pics...turns out I think the lens might have been foggy on the outside :) haha thanks Angela.  So I'm going to try to take some better shots next week :)

 Ready to go!
Looking a the fake turtle in the little stream that's in the school.
And looking at the fake nemo fish that's on the other side o fthe stream.  We have to look them every day when we go in before he goes to his class :)  Below is the gazebo where they display the kids art work in  the middle of the main hallway.  This pic does not do it justice!
Looking at the fish and the waterfall again.
This really really does not do the school justice, but I will try again next week :)  We are just so thrilled that instead of telling me he doesn't want to go to school, now he is telling me he WANTS to go to school!  Thank you Creme de la Creme!!!

Happy Fall!!

 Happy Fall Everyone!

Fall is my favorite time of the year, especially to decorate for. :)  It gets to stay up longer than Christmas :)  I am typing while watching the OSU game as well as sipping apple cider..mmmmm! LOVE fall!  I promise to become a good blogger again after the baby is born, but until then I've got to study for the Orthopedic Clinical Specialist exam which is at the end of February.  It's gonna be HARD, and I have a ton of material to cover, so that's why I never blog anymore.  Sorry.  Priorities :)  But I am impressed at all the new blogger changes!  Looks like it is going to take me much less time when I do blog!  WooHoo!  I was so frustrated!

Prego Pics:
20 Weeks (Not smiling cuz Chris made me mad right before he took the pic)

24 Weeks, 12.5 lbs
Well here I am pregos again, which I am super happy about.  I am 6 months yesterday, and yes I am very proud of myself that I can still button my normal Seven jeans :)  Major feat at 6 months.....ya know they were a bit big before though, so I guess these could be considered a size up.  Either way--woohoo!!  But not for much longer I know.

Cravings?  Yes. With Cole I craved sandwiches.  With this one, I crave Pizza with ranch dressing, ice cream, and cinnamon cereal.  Weird.  I'd swear I was having a girl if the penis was not so obvious in the next pic. :)

Cole is excited to have a baby brother.  He kisses my belly and laughs.  He always wants to "see mommy's baby."  I hope they grow up to be best buddies!

Cole is COMPLETELY obsessed with the Cars movie these days!  He has most ofthe main characters in little toy cars, and it's like A:LL he plays with!  He takes them in the car, to the store, sleeps with them, races them all around the house, they have to WATCH him eat breakfast and pee/poo on the potty.  Crazy kiddo!  He does still occasionally grab his golf club, basketball, and football, but cars have definitely taken over. :)

And his underwear have Lightning McQueen on them :)

He starts a new school on Monday, and I'm very excited!  I will post pics next week of his new adventure!  We had a transition day Friday, and I stayed with him all morning.  He really liked his new school thank goodness!  I was really nervous!

Hopefully my pics I take tomorrow turn out ok.  My camera is a bit screwy right now.  Seems to be making everything blurry...???

Trip to OK

Last week we took a trip back to OK to see family and friends! We had so much fun! I didn not take NEAR as many pics as I meant to, but I got some family pics at least!
We got to have a cookout in Bartlesville with friends, but I was so busy talking and having fun that I forgot to take ANY pics!!! Thank you Amanda for hosting! Your house is awesome! It was fun to see everyone's little kiddos! And then k you Gregory's for letting us crash at your house! Same and Cole sure had fun!
We also got to see Great grandparents and grandparents, and Cole loved hanging out with everyone!
Memaw and Papaw: Thank you for a wonderful dinner!!! Cole loved all the golf magazines at your house too! :)

At "Papa Mike's House" Cole got to throw snap pops for the 4th and play golf on a "real golf course". He was sooo ecited to hold a REAL golf ball and hit on a REAL course! Thank you Mike and Jan for everything, and Jan, I'm sorry Cole doesn't acknowledge that it is your house too. :) Someday he'll get it :)

Trip to Outer Banks, North Carolina

In late May Chris and I took a trip to Corolla, NC for a wedding. Our friend, Grant, got married on May 28th, and Chris was one of the best men. Grant rented a house out for all the wedding party to stay at, and we had a great time hangin out, playing on the beach, and helping with the wedding!

Back side of the house (on the beach)

Couple of Honor: Grant and Summer. The Theme was based off of the show, Friends (best sitcom ever), "I found my lobster.." Too cute!
