Saturday we celebrated Cole's cousin Kennedi's 1st Birthday!! Happy Birthday Kennedi!! Kennedi invited all her family over to her house for a big bash! We all had a lot of fun. These are Kennedi's 1 year pics: SO CUTE!! This is what she wore for her party as well. Yes, Brooke, the tutu was definitely worth it!! :)
Brooke, Kennedi's mom, did sooo much work for the party! Decorations galore were ADORABLE!! Every inch of the dining and living room was adorned with pink! So cute! I took lots of pics of the decorations. :) Really really cute Brooke!
And the birthday girl! She really dove into her cake, not that I have a good pic to show you right now....you'll have to check Brooke's blog for that unless I can find it on my camera.
Cole had fun seeing all his family! And he got to go "swimming" for the first time! He put his feet in the water, but that's about it. It was windy and not real warm outside. And he has a bad cough right now, but he did seem to enjoy the water.

One of Chris' best friends came to visit this weekend as well. He has been over in the Peace Corps for the past several years and is getting ready for 366 days in Baghdad, Iraq overseeing some government funding projects. So we were so grateful to be able to spend some time with him. It was neat to hear about living over there and everything. Thanks Ashley for taking time to hang with us this weekend! BE CAREFUL!!! Cole wants to hang out with you again in 366 days!

Your sister-in-law or sister (can't remember which she is now), did an awesome job decorating for Kennedi's first birthday. Poor Cole...I didn't know he had a cold. We'll pray it goes away fast! He's so cute in his little swim trunks.
